During the last few years Creative Works has undertaken the refurbishment and upgrading of the Commercial Hotel in Kyogle, The Imperial Hotel in Coonabarabran and the Great Northern in Kempsey. We are fully conversant with the current laws relating to licensing and gaming, and the associated building requirements.

Great Northern Hotel Kempsey

Prior to the reconstruction of the Great Northern Hotel , the building was a typical run down, termite ridden, country Hotel. Since the redevelopment it has been recognized as one of the top five country Hotel redevelopments in NSW by the AHA in 2009 This project was a complete “in house” design and construct package by Creative Works Constructions.

The General Manager of Creative Works, Scott Facey worked as a Site Foreman for Paynter Dixon a large commercial building company who specialized in Licensed Club construction for 17 years. During this period he was directly responsible for all phases of the construction of numerous projects throughout NSW.
