During the last few years Creative Works has undertaken the refurbishment and upgrading of the Commercial Hotel in Kyogle, The Imperial Hotel in Coonabarabran and the Great Northern in Kempsey. We are fully conversant with the current laws relating to licensing and gaming, and the associated building requirements.
Great Northern Hotel Kempsey

Prior to the reconstruction of the Great Northern Hotel , the building
was a typical run down, termite ridden, country Hotel. Since the
redevelopment it has been recognized as one of the top five country
Hotel redevelopments in NSW by the AHA in 2009 This project was a
complete “in house” design and construct package by Creative Works
Constructions.
The General Manager of Creative Works, Scott Facey worked as a Site Foreman for Paynter Dixon a large commercial building company who specialized in Licensed Club construction for 17 years. During this period he was directly responsible for all phases of the construction of numerous projects throughout NSW. Some of his projects included the redevelopment of the Musicians Club at Broken Hill ($8m) , Lithgow Workers Club ($8mill ), Smithfield RSL ($3mill) , Goulburn Workers ($4mill ), Eden Fisherman's Club ($1mill ), Orange Ex Servicemen's Club ($7mill )
William Brooks Pty Ltd
As well as projects related to Licensed Clubs, Scott also managed a number of major commercial projects for Paynter Dixon. The most noteworthy being the redevelopment and extension of an existing building for William Brooks Pty Ltd the printers of The Yellow Pages.

The extension to the existing building comprised of more than 25,000 square meters of floor space. At the time of construction it was one the largest undercover building in the southern hemisphere. The average concrete pore for each machine base was over 100m3. The project was completed on time and on budget of $6.5 million.
Goulburn Workers Club

Project involved a complete makeover of the external façade. New access
to the underground cellar. Construction of a new a Entry Foyer and a new
Administration area and Function Rooms to the first floor. Cost $4m

Orange Ex Servicemen's Club

Scott was involved in three separate stages of the redevelopment of the
Orange Ex Servicemen's Club. The later being the construction of the
Outdoor Bowlers Lounge which was carried out during the winter months.
Despite snow and frost the project was completed on time and budget.
Cost $7million.
